Okay, so my comment may be totally and wholly pedestrian, but as much as I love Greek Mythology, I’m drawn more to the comparison of how besotted I am with pomegranates and once I open one to begin the pursuit of its incomparable fruit and nectar, I am myself lured into a mental fog that only begs for more of what I hunger for. I can never feel satiated, just desperate for more.
    Maybe a little like your micro fiction. Juicy, pungent tidbits. Hungry for more. 😉

    • Nope, I don’t think your comment is pedestrian at all, in fact I find it an interesting comparison. I think we all have those things that we can’t get enough of. I, sadly, have never had a pomegranate but I do have a sort of obsessive love for red licorice and candy orange slices, lol. I can never have enough. And thank you very much! 🙂
